Maryland Restrictions
Rifles
Prohibited:
- Any assault weapon listed as prohibited by the Maryland State Police
- Rifles with a capacity over 10 rounds
- Any semi-automatic centerfire rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have any two of the following: folding stock, grenade launcher or flare launcher, or flash suppressor
- Any semi-automatic centerfire rifle shorter than 29 inches
Shotguns
Prohibited:
-
Any shotgun with a capacity over 10 rounds
- Any semi-automatic shotgun with a folding stock
- Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder
Handguns
Prohibited:
- Any handgun with a capacity over 10 rounds
- Any handgun not on the Maryland Handgun Roster
Ammunition and Accessories
Prohibited:
-
Magazines over 10 rounds
- Exploding targets
